Oremo keeps giving me an error when I try to open it

I have tried everything. I changed my non unicode locale to Japanese. I changed the decimal to . I restarted my pc. I deleted Oremo and reinstalled it. But I'm STILL getting this error. PLEASE HELP, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

omg i don't remember how i fixed itt, i just set my whole system local to Japanese and it got fixed

Instead of OREMO you could also use RecStar, which has no special system requirements and is available on mobile/desktop for multiple OSes.
