Alright, so I was having the an issue with Oremo recently, after coming back to utau and trying to record a voicebank with my new laptop. It would consistently cut off anywhere from 1 sec to sometimes 10+ sec of recording, not even beginning the recording until I made a loud sound most of the time, and sometimes cutting back off after that. Meanwhile the mic would record fine in Audacity. And had recorded fine on my old laptop just a few days ago on the same version of Oremo (both freshly installed off of the website.
I managed to get it working again by going into Control Panel - Sound - Playback - Properties - Advanced and lowering the Hz from 48000 to 44100. I guess maybe it's a bit too much Hz for Oremo to process in a timely manner or something? And I guess it makes sense that it worked better on my old computer then, maybe that computer defaulted to 44100 Hz.
