I suspect we'll need a little more info! Are you in JP locale? Does your UTAU have kana aliases or filenames, do they show up as mojibake?

Sorry for the late reply, i was a bit busy.
So I wanna record a multipitch vb so t add D4, G4, whatever at the end of the alias, then they show up like this but if i dont it will be normal.
So does it mean that i shouldn't add the suffix like that? and yes i already in JP loacale

What are you using to add the aliases? Are you editing them in an OTO editor like UTAU, SetParam, or vLabeler? Or a text editor like notepad, notepad++, or VS Code?

Since you're using notepad, make sure that when you save the file, you pick "ANSI" instead of UTF-8. When your computer is in Japanese locale and the file has japanese characters this should result in a Shift JIS file.
If you're using Notepad++ or VS Code you can directly set the encoding to Shift JIS.
