I changed the non unicode program to japanese but im getting weird symbols??

So uh yeah both the region and non unicode program is Japanese but it got all weird?

I have no clue what to do now. Though if I can have it a way where I can change the non unicode program back to English and still use Utau, that would be really cool

Though on a brighter note, my voicebank, Iidoh Koe, may be releasing soon, I just gotta test the voicebank out
