How to use Harmonies?

yeah..ever time i download i use their is a left,right,and harmony..
does any one know how to use them? or are they like backgrounds that needs timing?

Harmonies are there to form cords with the main melody, so that they form a more pleasing sound (if that made any sense...)
Yes, you need to time them. Just line them up with the main track, and turn the volume down. Make the harmony subtle enough to not overpower the main melody, but not too soft to the point that you can't hear it.

As for left and right, the UST maker just wants you to pan them to the left or right, accordingly.

It's not, it's really easy! All you have to do is listen and line up the tracks together, the lower the volume of the harmony track. That's it.
