I need help adding vbs& other things

ok so I watched a tutorial on how to add VBS to utau and successfully added some of momo's vbs, but when I tried to add other vbs by dragging and dropping them it doesn't work. so I tried the other method of registering the banks I did it to both JOAN and OSCARS bundle vbs but they don't sing someone help pls. also, their pictures don't appear and I did unzip them btw.

I also have some trouble with adding plugins I added the pitch editor and it worked just fine but after unzipping the autocvvc and dropping it into the plugin folders it didn't work so I basically gave up on using plugins.

I'm a complete beginner to UTAU help is very appreciated.
