VCV Banks Don`t work With Any Resamplers

Well, the title pretty much says it all. None of my VCV voicebanks will make any noise unless the conditions are absolutley perfect, and I`m using the crappy Resampler.Dll. I`ve even tried running it in AppLocale, but still, nothing plays. It renders, but no sound plays. But then all my other CV voices work just fine. Does anyone know how to solve this?

C) Are you using engines patched with masao-san program?

A) I hate it, but it`s all I can use if I want to use VCV
The most recent one (0.4 I think)
C) What`s that?
D) By "Perfect Conditions" I mean whenever UTAU feels like working right.

Well I don't see why it wouldn't work if Hiragana encoded CV works for you.
