utau wont show up on openutau after i downloaded it

i tried to download hakaine maiko on openutau and she wont show up in singers at all :[ ive never had this problem before, can someone help me?

Are you trying to use an existing collection of voicebanks? You can point to the folder in OpenUtau's preferences.

Are you trying to add a newly downloaded voicebank? Use Tools > Install Singer, and select the zip file.

You may need to double check if the voicebank has a character.txt file, which should include the voicebank name.

very sorry for such a late response, it seems she doesnt have a character.txt file, what should i do??

Create a new text file named character.txt and write name=(the voicebank name) inside it.
