Utau not able to hold long notes?

I've found that whenever I try to make my Utau sing a long note, it gets to a certain point then stops. It's not jarring, but more of a taper then nothing. It's as if there was a large pause in the recording that was just nothing, but the wav files seem to be fine- cuts off where it's supposed to. It doesn't help that my oto configuration doesn't have any of the colors in the guide, other than preutterance and offset. It looks like this. Can anyone please help?

From the left edge of the OTO, you will need to click and drag repeatedly to pull out all of the parameters. You will also need to scroll to the end to click and drag the cutoff.
