Im new i wanted to download utau but it's stuck to that (srry bad english im french )

I’d like to help you although I’m not really sure what the problem is. Is the installation just not going to 100%?

Are you running the installer as admin?
Where are you trying to install UTAU to?

Where are you trying to install UTAU to? It's recommended to put it outside of Program Files / Program Files (x86). A lot of people keep it in their Documents folder. See if changing the installation path helps.
