oto not being read (?)

I'm super new, and sorry if there was mentioned elsewhere but ugh I'm confused orz

My voicebank is doing this:

I can confirm anything that uses "oremo's reclist" works (which is what that is). Two tutorials I watched didn't say this issue, so I assume they just put it in the voice folder and viola...well, I don't know the process concerning cvvc though, but I thought it was the same as vcv. Correct me if I'm wrong...

If you're using a base OTO, it needs to actually correspond to the reclist you're using. For instance, if you record a voicebank in VCV, you cannot copy and paste the OTO from a completely different English voicebank, because none of the files would match up.

Oooh... the oto was in romaji originally. Thought it didn't matter because it worked in setparam so... oops :S
