I need help!

So I recently started using a Mac, and I tried to download UTAU-Synth for it, but it says it needs to be updated for the latest version of MacOS (the latest download I could find was from 2021). So then I tried to download OpenUtau since UTAU-Synth wasn't working, but it won't open either because it says its from an unidentified developer and it cannot verify that it's free from malware. I wanted to switch to using the Mac because it's more convenient than the PC (quicker to start up, not as laggy, portable, etc) but none of the downloads are working. I tried researching info for it but I couldn't find anything.
