i cant hear my utua even with japanese text

The way that i can see if the voice files are in UTAU, try going to Tools(T) > Voicebank Settings(S)
Do you have the japanese keyboard? If not, try using this website https://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hiragana.htm
