good online midi converter

is there a good online mp3 to midi or youtube to midi converter because i want to make a ust with a midi but there are none of the song online. thanks.

Time ago I've searched a bit and I have to say that the technology related to wave to midi conversion is really undeveloped.
There are no good tools for wav (mp3, ogg, etc...) to midi conversion (at least freeware).

You can give a try to use REAPER's plugin ReaGate.
Also as freeware go there is amazingmidi http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/araki/amazingmidi/

But, really, the results are kind of awful. If you want a good midi you have to normally do it yourself.
