can't install wavtool nor resampler on openutan

hi! im not sure how this site works
and sorry for my bad english+typing, english isn't my first language and i just pulled an all nighter messing in OU, so i might make more errors than normally
but i'm struggling to install both wavtools and resamplers on openutau
when i put them in the folders they just. dont show up?? at all??
and when i try dragging them into the program and choose install either a wavfool or resampler one of two things happen:
A ) it crashes the program all together
B )it says it installed in the bottom corner but nothing shows up
ive also tried clicking on the .exe files but nothing happens, but i dont know if youre supossed to do that lol
im on windows64, ive tried wavtool64 and wavtool2 for wavtools and macres, fresamp and moresamp for resamplers,, for moresampler ive done the thing of putting it on the wavtool folder without the moreconfig + in the resampler folder with it
im so confused, what am i doing wrong?

Select the CLASSIC renderer, then click the gear to open the renderer settings. This is where you can set the resampler and wavtool.
