Am i allowed to redistribute this utau i made?

so long story short, i used a voice changer to record an utau and im not sure if i can publicly release it. from what i know, the voice changer can be used freely but not for commercial purposes. I made a video explaining a bit more about the voice changer and my plans for the utau here: (the "bonbon" i mention is another one of my utaus that i voiced myself.)

Commercial use would be selling the voicebank for money. If you're only editing your own recordings, you can upload that voicebank as a free download.

As long as the original voice is 100% yours/you have permmission from the voice provider and you don't use it for commercial purposes (as Kiyoteru said, selling the vb for money) it should be fine!
It wouldn't be the first voicebank that uses an edited audio source (may it be altering the sample entirely, or just pitching down/up the samples)
