How Can I Speed Up My Computer?

My computer was used only one year, but it runs very slow. When I open several windows at the same time, it could not work, which makes me crazy. What can I do now?

Go to accesoires>System Tools>Disk Cleanup. Don't be afraid, it doesn't erase your files and your PC will speed up.
What's also usefull is going to 'run' and type %temp% then you delete all the files that will appear since those are 'broken files'.

Yea, emptying temp is a good idea, as well as Disk Cleanup.

Buying more RAM is a fast way to speed up your PC but ultimately, it can be very expensive. Virus scans and uninstall unneeded programs are also good ideas.
