Help With Voice Banks Not Playing USTS

Hi, I just loaded a voice bank and for some reason its not playing, the default one works fine but the one I loaded for some reason isn't working, any clue why? Also its the Fushi Murasaki VIOLET voice bank

That voicebank appears to be a VCV voicebank, meaning that each lyric should be vowel-consonant-vowel.
To convert CV lyrics to VCV, each note "borrows" the vowel from the previous note, like so.
CV: かえるのうたが
VCV: [- か][a え][e る][u の][o う][u た][a が]

How do I install plugins??

Just drag and drop their zip into UTAU OR unzip them and put their folder (make sure it's not a folder within a folder) into UTAU's plugins folder (if you don't know where it's located, just open UTAU, go to "tools (T)" then Plug-ins(N) then select "open plugins folder (0)".
Also for future reference, so you can avoid having to wait for a reply, you could always do a Google search of how to do things like install plugins; the software has been around for over a decade so it's very likely someone has already answered your question elsewhere!
