Yuuto had a pretty similar situation as Kei. He has two robotic limbs, and was comatose for 8 years since he was 11, waking up at 19 years old, although his current mental age is 16, due to time passing afterwards. His growth got stunted, and he's stuck with his appearance. He's still incredibly immature, and loves wearing fake wings and antennae.
His voicebank was never meant to be taken seriously. Not one bit, so it remains unfinished, as it was a test of how annoying my voice could get.
His original cv bank was very soft sounding, as evident in his samples, where his first name comes from, the hybrid part coming from the incomplete CV and VCV mix.
