Curious, why would you need a screen recorder to make an UTAU cover? You need UTAU and then a program to mix the files you render.

Ah, well you can make the cover yourself then, yes? You don't need to make a video to make the cover since the program itself can export WAV files.

Ummm, unless all of these UTAU aren't available to download, all you need is the UTAU program (installed on a Windows machine with Locale set to Japan - or a mac and UTAU Synth/linux with Wine and UTAU installed), the UTAU voicebanks you want to use, render the parts from the ust provided, and mix with a DAW or DAW-like software (audacity for example, is a DAW-like program that's free and compatible with Windows, OSX, and Linux). As for the video, there are sites and plugins (depending on your browser) that allow you to download the video from youtube and free video editing software if you look hard enough (and read up on tutorials). However, a video isn't really needed since you can simply upload your finished results to clyp.it or soundcloud.

Aside from all that... I mean, I can see that one of the banks listed is your own. If you want people to use your bank, help you test it/oto it, etc. you can simply just ask rather than request a group of banks be used.
