ust on vcv vb (ritsu kire)

everytime i try to open an .ust file on utau like this:


this error appear:


can someone please help me? i'm almost givin' up.

actually i managed to open the .ust file, like this:


but evne using the romantokana and lyric dyphonizer plugins, ritsu does not make a sound.

also does not seem to be any error on the project property.
