NOTA BENE: This is BETA version, so offset settings do NOT match perfectly with recordings!!! Please keep that in mind if you decide to use this reclist+base oto.
The final version with an example VB and fixed offset settings will be released later!
This reclist has CVVC, ending consonants, CC and C recordings. "a d" is oto like in Japanese CVVC and "a d-" is ending consonant and that's oto is like in English CVVC....
