Issues with bkh01 resampler

I wanted to try the bkh01 resampler but when I download it and unzip the folder my anti virus recognizes the exe as a heuristic virus and promptly removes it. since many people in this community have used it I would not think there would be something wrong with it, and I downloaded the official website’s most recent version (055). Does anyone have a version that Norton is fine with, possibly an older version that they could share?

Windows Defender and Malwarebytes are enough to protect you. Don't use Norton.
