Help with converting a vsq to ust

SO I want to cover "Exile Vilify" with Kikyuune Aiko but I'm having an EXTREMELY hard time getting the vsq converted to a ust. I can't seem to find a ust anywhere so I took the vsq from this cover: and tried running it through SynthV with no luck.

I'm stuck and I don't know what to do

Can you elaborate what your problem is ? Are you unable to import it into SynthV, or are you having problems after you import the vsq ?

I'm having problems after I import it into UTAU. I don't know how to split up the words so that Aiko will sing them

Kikyuune Aiko's English voicebank uses a reclist just prior to the version released as VCCV English, and should use all the same phonemes. While this may not match 100%, you may still find this series of tutorials useful. (See video description)
