Erm...i need some help :X

I feel so stupid for saying this but....,But how the heck do i make songs and whats a oto.ini? O___O I looked at a bunch of tutorials on youtube and even looked at the tutorials on here but i still don't get how to do anything. I know i have to record myself using hiragana letters but thats all i know. The rest is a big ball of confusion for me. I'm trying to make my own Utauloid By the way.
