im very confused about this are kire and belting banks the same or are they different. I just assume one is shouty and overall loud and one is more powerful and resonant inside of just shouty am I wrong?

Belting in general is loud, high and powerful singing, or well sometimes shouting.

Kire is in essence just a name, but usually refers to a specific type of voicebanks: Powerscale.

A Powerscale is a Voicebank that gets stronger with each pitch. The best example is Namine Ritsu Kire:
It starts at a weak A3 Pitch, goes to a natural D4 Pitch, leading into a strong G4 and ending in a belting C5 Pitch

Okay I think I’m starting to understand now after read two or three times I thought that you belt all the pitches past D4. However, in Ritsu new kire bank (at least I think it’s kire) “何かがキレ” I think is this name even the D4 pitch seems strong.
