computer garbled up the v samples

So I was recording with english extras list I made and the v samples were originally in hiragana and when recording THIS HAPPENS
Thought it was funny to post it

OREMO needs text files encoded in Shift-JIS to correctly read Japanese text. It looks like you accidentally saved your reclist in UTF-8 format before loading it in OREMO.
