Open Art OTO art in exchange for oto.ini

I'm making my UTAU but I'm having a lot of problems doing the oto.ini
so I decided to give my art in exchange for an oto.ini
rules:
1. I can make illustrations with transparent background or complete illustrations.
2. I can make conseptual art for your UTAU.
3. I can not make very elaborate background or animals.
3. I can draw a little blood
4. I will not draw explicit sexual content
5. I will draw two illustrations as maximum
6. the oto.ini must have alias
7. When you use my art, remember to give me credits
8. Show me samples of your oto.ini / UTAU
9. Leave me your contact email to talk about the exchange
10. I ONLY CHOOSE A SINGLE PERSON
11. Do not rush me
12. When I show you a preview of the illustration, you have to show me an advance of the oto.ini.
13. Warn when you finish the oto.ini
