◇ Name Meaning ◇
Aria - means air in Italian. Aria can also refer to an expressive melody usually sang by a solo singer.
Undine - an elemental spirit of water. The Katakana for the [ne] phoneme at the end of the name is replaced by the Kanji [音], which means voice, to create a pun.
◇ Personality ◇
Aria is a strong-willed individual who has very strong and clear ideals. They are bold and daring, and often get in trouble because of reckless adventures. They are stubborn, and they always want to have the last word in an argument. Aria is cheerful and optimistic, and a visionary. They always find ways to improve anything and dream of a serene future.
Aria's gender is non-binary, which means they are neither male nor female, but rather something in between/neutral. They go by they/them pronouns.
If not those, complete avoidance of pronouns also works.
◇ Backstory ◇
Aria is an android in a society where androids are bought and sold like objects despite having the same range of emotions and intelligence as human beings. Aria was thrown in the garbage because of their frequent disobedience to their master, especially when it came to being forced into humiliating maid dresses. After being abandoned, Aria and fellow "defective" androids and cyborgs joined together to form a group of musicians in order to sing together to bring awareness to the issue of android exploitation.
