The settings it's asking you to check are Project > Project Properties (this is also where you can change voicebanks and set flags)

yes...but utau don't work...i uninstall...

Did you close out the command prompt window when it popped up? Because you aren't supposed to close it, that's what renders the file. Just close the window and try again.
