BIO:
29 is a fugitive of the intergalactic space prison. He's been on the run since the other 4 members of the Row 4 Project broke him out. He was arrested by mistake because he's very similar in appearance to an actual criminal that they were trying to arrest. The rest of the gang went undercover to break him out and nearly lost their lives.
