The pitches are F#3 and C3 which may have some vocal fries in the entries but I think that's not a bad thing...
I recommend using Moresampler, TIPS, doppelter, and f2resamp with him- and of course wavtool4vcv as a wavtool.
I don't have enough experience with flags to recommend one, so mix and match as you feel.
For a more manly voice, use your best friend g flag! I recommend +5 or +8!
