Okay, finally solved the problem.

The cmd.exe would just have the words like wait-lock: IO_ waiting (#), and the numbers would increase indefinitely. It would just occur sporadically, but I want to get rid of the problem for good.

Whenever I try to render my ust into audio, the program just goes into wait-lock. I tried uninstalling and installing UTAU back, but there's still the same problem. I don't know what to do.

I'm done with the music, but since I'm terrible at making the video, maybe someone with more skills can help me. DM me or reply if you want.
