If you're meaning "syncing" as a mixer to align the vocals with instrumental, I'm not the one to ask and I'm not sure which one is best. A lot of beginners use audacity. I you mean something else, please clarify.

You can't at this point in time with UTAU itself. I believe there is a plugin to do this however, from what I've seen it's very buggy and seems to be experimental.

Like @Dangosan said you can use those another alt is cannon's autopitchwriter plugin. It's not the best tuning by any means, but it gets the job done.

It's not hard(?) Take the correct ust type and plug and play as a beginner and dont worry too much about tuning. A few small tuning projects on small/sections of usts's should help.

What is hard about using them? We can't help you very much if you aren't very direct with us.

How is it oto'ed , how does the UST look like, what is the volume level. It be so much easier if you sent an image.

Sounds decent, the oto still needs work however, but that's pretty easy to do. It sounds a bit fuzzy but, using TIPS/Moresampler the fuzz should be cut by a lot. Great Job!
