The system locale is Japanese, the decimal symbol is ".", and UTAU is in Documents. Resampler still doesn't make a sound. (also is your icon IP lol)

I didn't know there were multiple methods of making USTs owo; I never do it in FL, I just do it in Vocaloid 2 while listening to the original song. I hate making stuff in FL =_= I only use it for mixing.
