This resource is made for those who have bought Windows100% Starter Pack and/or Perfect Master and couldn't figure out how to make Akeko work from Starter Pack or Kujiloid from Perfect Master.
So, in UTAU Starter Pack (UTAU スターターパック) magazine comes with a CD which is located at first page when you open the magazine. The Win100% UTAU voice banks are located in that CD, put that CD first in your computer.
All Starter Pack UTAU are packed as .uar file. Install them like any other .uar file UTAU. All Starter Pack UTAU installs normally when installing is made correctly EXPECT Akeko (あけこ)!
How to make Akeko (あけこ) work:
There's あけこ.uar file, right? Ok, good, cuz that's Akeko's VB file.
Unlike in Starter Pack CD, in Perfect Master (パーフェクトマスター) CD the voicebank files are saved there as folder's (not as .uar) but otherwise quite same. All Perfect Master UTAU works normally but Kujiloid...???? WHERE'S HER OTO?!?!?
So, yeah. For some odd reasons, she's missing oto.ini files! To fix that problem, download HERE* her oto.ini files and put them into her VB.
*warning, it's Axfc uploader site and no, it's NOT made by me. With little Google using (I put くじロイド 原音設定 in Search), I found link to it from this tweet which gave link to Axfc uploader where you can DL her oto.
OR
If you don't want or cannot DL her oto.ini file for reason or another then generate her VCV easily in SetParam or with Moresampler and fix some settings here and there (unfortunately, you cannot generate oto for her CV voice banks, tho).

- Second, RENAME a COPIED one as to あけこ.zip
- Thirdly, now OPEN あけこ.zip
- And lastly now you have opened Akeko's VB and made her work. Put her into your "voice" folder in order to make her sing in UTAU!
