Need help to install utau

Hello! I have been trying to install utau for a long time but I cant and I dont know why. I have been following all the tutorials or any possible error that has happened to anyone I can find online, but none of them mentioned my problem so I am really in lost. スクリーンショット 2020-09-23 131050.png
I have changed my local, and I downloaded v0.4.18e (I also tried almost all of the version), but then it keep stucked on this screen. the window installer just keep on like that without any changing. I thought maybe it needed some time so I let my pc on for days, but it keep on stuck like that. in the end, I canceled the install and its not installed at all.

can someone help me with my problem? I really want to learn how to use utau. any help will be really appreciated :"" thank you.

So I'm wondering if the many times you've tried to install UTAU, IF it downloaded anything while "preparing to install." I'd go look where you specified it to install to and see if there's anything there...?

Otherwise some other things to try;

- Was your locale set to JPN at the time you downloaded the current installer?

- And you said that you tried installing with the current resampler multiple times, but did you try uninstalling the current installer and re-installing it, then trying again?

okay so at first because I always canceled the install at the end, when I check the folder where it has should be, there was nothing. So after reading your reply, I tried to re download the installer after making sure my locale is set to JPN, and now I'm in the middle of re installing. Nothing has been installed in my pc, so when you say I need to uninstall, I dont know what to uninstall. now that it's in the middle of the re installing, still stuck on the same window, I went to check the utau folder where it should be and its there,スクリーンショット 2020-09-23 210243.png
So its there but its still installing. what should I do after this? Am I on the right path? thank you so much once again!

Oh I just meant that if you had any left over UTAU files from your previous install attempts, to delete them. But it sounds like you didn't have any so you are alright.

So this actually looks about right... I think? If you scroll down can you find utau.exe? Because it looks like everything seems to have been installed. It's just weird that the installer is telling you it's still preparing to install, but I wouldn't worry about it if you've got all the necessary files already.

Just to compare, here's what your folder should look like being correctly installed with all the necessary files;

Another thing that's a little actually very important!! - Once you are sure that you have all the necessary files, if your UTAU folder is located under Program Files(x86), move it outside to somewhere like your desktop or documents. (UTAU runs into a lot of permission issues when under program files which sometimes causes trouble with resamplers/voicebank editing/etc.)
