Teto VCV voice filenames

I'm testing the voicebank parser of UTSU and downloaded the Teto voicebanks. My tests are failing because some of the oto.ini files are defining wav files that do not appear to exist. I'm on Windows 10 (UK language).

One of the problematic voicebank folders is called 'Ådë╣âeâgâGâNâXâgâë'
oto.ini is looking for _xか.wav, but no such file exists. In fact, most of the files in that directory are called '_æº1.wav' or similar. Switching my system locale to Japanese does not help.

There are 39 entries in oto.ini, but only 16 wav files in the folder.

Help! This makes no sense.

You need to change your locale to japanese, delete utau, delete tetos vb and reinstall everything. After you changed your locale, everything should be fine. And make sure to change your locale, not your region or your language.

Thanks, that worked really well. Ideally, since I am writing a program, I could decode the filenames without having to change locales, download and unzip, then change back again.

Looking at the files and the new oto.ini, it appears the voicebank reuses the same wav files for different lyrics. That's interesting!
