note issues with midi

Hello! This is my first post here. I'm currently trying to do a cover and converted it to midi (I make the file in SynthV first before I export). The ust works fine with CV voicebanks, but the issue seems to be with VCV voicebanks.
I'm using Darling_party right now for this midi, I've tried every VCV voicebank I have in my folder and all of them seem to have this issue. There's a specific section in the voicebank that only plays the second part of the file (like for example i ta would just be ta) or plays the whole file in general, but is delayed somewhat. I've messed around a bit with it, messed with the STP, tried messing with the oto (was a bad idea in the first place) and have looked for other ways to fix it but gave up and came here.
I've been looking at this forum for a while and hoped that maybe someone could help me? I hope this makes sense to you, and sorry if there has been another thread like this, I tried looking at the other ones before I posted but none of them seemed to have been the same issue as mine ^^' Thank you if you're able to help:smile:

Would it be possible for you to share a sample of what it sounds like on clyp.it, or possibly upload the UST file itself?

Your UST only works with CV voicebanks because it's currently in CV format.
You can use a plugin such as iroiro2 to convert CV to VCV.
You then need to make sure you've fit the UST to the voicebank.

I've loaded the UST as it came with a VCV vb. This is how it looks without any fixing.

Here it is converted to VCV and fit to a voicebank.

Just to go over how to fit to a voicebank, select everything and hit CTRL E.
Make sure you set mod to 0 (that's a zero, not the letter o).
Hit the clear box next to preutterance and overlap.
And put a space in the STP box, even if it looks empty.

Remember to crossfade when you're done.
