It looks like this is a revamped version of Sharpkey. The interface looks nice and the vocal sample sounds really good. I’m excited to see what happens with it!

Well, looking at the video in Boxstar's tweet, does that mean we are able to make a custom voicebank?!? If so, that would be cool!

SharpkeyGalaxy project was to apply for boxstar to make your character a voicebank, as in you don't do the development.

DeepVocal is a now "open" (although I still don't know how open, it's hard with the language barrier) version of Sharpkey where you do the development. Right now you must apply to be a developer, but that may change in the future.

Seems like DeepVocal has officially created a site!

It's still coming soon tho... Otherwise they released a EULA and it turns out that you must create a new artwork to represent your voicebank to differ between the DV voicebanks and the UTAU (or any other) voicebanks (if your voicebank has already been existed and publicized with an artwork)... I'm very excited btw!

like, a different design or just new style/artwork in general? that's kinda dumb because i'd like to just use my utau as a deepvocal voicebank and not have to change the artwork/design of it. what if we just kept the same design and pulled off the utau voicebanks? would that be okay or??

Well, boxstar just tweeted out as a response... Turns out it was just a misunderstanding... I think they've updated the EULA or something?but yeah... I think you can just use the artwork from the UTAU...
