thing is some characters vocals have their vocals loop weirdly i.e. shaggy's "tree" vocal i am also planning on using utau for making betadcius and maybe even covers 1638176655 i prefer if a character's vocals loop smoothly

i tried to get my dad to install utau because i wanted to make fnf chromatic scales for my fnf mod but he insisted that changing the locale might corrupt the programs he uses for work, the system he uses is windows 7 and he uses autocad 2015 for work and i need more verification if changing...
