I need help with my UTAU's OTO

Okay so, yesterday I recorded a newer CV voicebank of my UTAU Luna using my new mic (blue snowball) and it did turn out great and clear too, but the problem is that I have no idea how to oto so since I recorded the samples on the newest mac version of oremo it has a button that says "generate OTO" so I clicked it and I didn't know what to do for the settings of generating the oto so I didn't touch it but my UTAU ended up all choppy(?) it wasn't as good as her previous vb's oto
soooo then I found a oto tutorial and they provided a link to a oto.ini, I tried it out but I don't really like it since it sounded kinda weird... the post was created in 2016 here's the link:

I don't really know what to do at this point I feel bad for asking but I think that's me just overthinking things,
but I appreciate any help
have a nice day ^^;;generate oto proof.png generate oto settings.png

Well the thing about Oremo is that it does its best to generate an oto based on sound. It makes mistakes. So you have to go in and edit it as you see fit. VCV is a little more forgiving with the otoing cause i normally just have an issue with the first note and the last one, everything inbetween is normally okay, but i still go back and adjust. So yer not overthinking it. Its just Oremo not thinking enough on its end lol.

I know I just meant that I don't know how to oto so I thought maybe using the generate cv oto would help but the settings for generating the oto was confusing as heck for me. but thank you for the information I am still new to oremo so I appreciate it ^w^

You don't need to generate an OTO for a CV voicebank. It is more necessary for VCV banks in order to duplicate lines and split up the aliases, but for CV you can reasonably do it by hand. I would highly recommend using this tutorial for reference: https://utaforum.net/resources/cv-otoing-guide.269/
I had no idea, thank you I'll try it out and hopefully I'll be able to oto my voicebank if I am able to understand ^^;;
