How do people decide what pitches to record on?
I have heard in the past that if you record pitches that are too similar, it may not make much of a difference. But at the same time, what if they're too far apart? Wouldn't the transition sound odd?
I want to make multipitch, and I know how to oto it and all that, but I don't know where to start with adding pitches.
