I want to talk to a Vocaloid user but they speak Japanese and I don't know it?

I want to talk to one of my favorite Vocaloid producers on Twitter and sometimes he actually does reply to tweets and he tweets very often.
But idk if he knows any english and i don't know japanese.
I know he sometimes names his japanese songs in English but I'm not sure if its just because other people translated it or whatever.
He lives in Tokyo.(I'm only saying this lol bc I'm wondering if Tokyo residents often know English or not)
I just wanted to maybe ask him if he has used UTAU because I'm curious how he would sound with UTAU since he is so good with tuning vocaloid. Basically I kinda wanna ask him to use UTAU for a song or something if he has the time.
But the thing is, i don't know japanese lol, Is anyone here willing to translate for me lol.

As far as I know, English is a common course in Japan, so that probably know some. Or they might use Google translate.

Google translate is kind of good at doing JP translation but not the other way around, you'll understand them just fine eck

And @Oblivion772 post is true, and Tokyo's teh capital so they're prolly better at it than most
