Wow. Seeing you everywhere xD. How would you describe your voice type or reference to sample? Based off experience, to imitate females, I recommend controlled/tense falsetto. However, if you are going for a "girly" approach and are female, using a head/nasal voice helps eliminate mouth openness that "lowers" the pitch and deepness. Falsetto can work for this as well, however power may be less. Mixed mileage depending on the voicer.
