I have to agree with Alice on this one. In reality you don't have to listen to what people say about the design, but if she does in fact become popular, don't be surprised if comments on it are to arise.

sigh I'm not attempting to get you to change SELENA's design, I'm just trying to give you any advice that I can. The first thing people will see is her design and I fear that they will just push her aside thinking she's an ALYS knockoff, even though that couldn't be further from the truth...

Yes, I think those colors look great together (if the orange were a tad more toned down still I think) ALSO Whether or not she was purposefully based on ALYS per-say, that doesn't mean she doesn't look like her. And frankly, to people who don't know the whole story and then see her design...

Honestly I've said it once and I'll say it again. Also Orahi reiterated this. The color scheme is just... quite discordant. I don't know why but it really bugs me

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but that isn't a GUI, at least not in the sense people were talking about. Most people don't know how to properly run things that operate solely in Command Prompt, such as Festival. I'm sorry, I'm really just not seeing the appeal to using this engine...

Well I think what Sayuri was getting at is "Is it easy to use the program itself" Chipspeech voices are rather difficult to work with, but the interface itself is very self explanatory and easy to use. And, well, if Festival doesn't even have GUI, it'll be borderline impossible for the average...
