There are some UTAU VB's which do not have "install.txt" file. If no install.txt = cannot do drag-and-drop install.

To install UTAU vb which do not have install.txt file:
Somewhere on in your computer there should be "UTAU"(?) folder. In there, there's "voice" folder (there's all ready in "uta" folder which is defoko + possibly other UTAU VBs). Put whatever VB would you like to install in that "voice" folder.

Then open your UTAU normally. Select there プロジェクト (P) (=project) => プロジェクトのプロパティ (R) (=Project's property??) => Select there a VB what you wish to use.
