In Finnish, there no separately "he" and "she". Just one "hän" which is gender neutral.

In Japanese, yes there's "he" and "she" ("kare" and "kanojo") buuut you don't need to use those words: Many people uses "ano hito" (meaning "that person") instead which is better IMO

But rest of languages what I know: why, just why. Why heck need to have masculine/feminine pronouns...?!?
