I really need some help! New Utau's wav files won't read

I tried creating my first Utau. But I ran into a problem I can't find a solution to (I have a Mac and use UtauSynth).

I recorded all the VCV files and have them exported as the correct wav format. But when I try to drag the voice folder into UtauSynth, and go to edit the oto.ini, the sound files are completely corrupted.
What was once the recorded segment is now just a fat, loud recording of white noise.

My segment is on the left. What it's supposed to look like is on the right, the voice files of Ryouji Kizuato.

I really, really need some help! I was so excited to finish my first Utau, but I just can't find a solution to this error.

It looks to me you're dealing with some clipping. ;3 It happens when the sounds are much too loud, and will sound corrupted in the program. Try recording a sound further away from the mic and see if it will sound better. :3

that's not clipping, you would have Mess up VERY badly.

Are you sure that the wav files are 16-bit 44100hz?
If not, then just toss them into audacity and export multiple in that format.
