Problems with PlayOnLinux!

I installed UTAU into a POL prefix, but it either doesn't give sound or crashes (if used with recent Wine versions).
What is my problem? I can use UTAU with Wine 1.7.38 perfectly fine on a Japanese openSUSE 13.1 (without POL), but UTAU crashes upon playback when I try to use it with the same Wine version on POL (rendering works fine).
The system where I use POL is a Mageia 4 with Japanese settings.
None of my instances use resampler.dll or run without batches, the only tweaking done was the GUI calculation (and English localization on my openSUSE instance).

Make sure you have vcredist 2005 installed.

I can't install the x86 version. Will the x64 version do the work? (I use UTAU in a 64-bit prefix)
EDIT: even the x64 version fails to install.
EDIT2: I get errors about unknown command line options.

Change it to a 32-bit prefix.
Also see if you can use the zip version of 2.76.(note that 2.76 comes with the old resampler, so it's not as good)

If that works, you'll just need to extract the 4.18e installer and use it like that.

IMO, PlayonLinux is meant for games. Try using plain old Wine if you can.
